Rx Housing normal minimum stay is 30 days. We do offer stays of 1 week or longer on a limited basis. Back to top What is included in the cost of corporate housing? Rx Housing rates include the apartment, utilities and housewares. Each apartment comes with a complete furnishings package, cookware, dishes, utensils and linens. Additional furniture, accessories and long distance phone service can be provided for an additional cost. Back to top How am I billed? You will receive a monthly billing that includes the rent for the coming month plus any extra charges for the past month, such as long distance telephone. If you pay by credit card, your account will automatically be charged at the start of every month and you will receive an invoice showing the specific charges. Back to top Can you bill my company? Yes. Many of our guests have their monthly bills sent directly to their company. In order to do this however, your company must establish credit with Rx Housing. Back to top How does my company establish credit with Rx Housing? Simply fill out a corporate credit application for approval within 24 hours. Back to top Why do you need my credit card if my company is being billed directly? All guests are required to provide a valid credit card number and expiration date at the time the reservation is requested, regardless if their company is being billed. The credit card will be used to guarantee payment for any incidentals, charges not accepted by your company or in case your company declines the invoice. If your company does decline an invoice, we will notify you before charging your credit card. Back to top How do I make a reservation for an extended stay apartment? Making a reservation is easy. Simply call our reservations department at 1.888-569-3301. You will speak with one of our Leasing Consultants who can assist you in making a reservation.
